4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
5. Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and procedures.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
7. Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints from clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, new travel products, and emerging destinations.
10. Analyze travel data and prepare reports on travel expenses, bookings, and client preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Travel Manager or similar role in the hospitality and tourism industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the best deals and build relationships with vendors.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
6. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address client concerns and provide suitable solutions.
7. Proficient in using travel management software and online booking systems.
